Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our bookings and by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions as set out below.


  1. Llanfair Hall is a site where there are old buildings and walls and guests are requested to keep away from them, the owners cannot accept any obligation or liability for any damage caused to people or property if these are accessed. Off-road car parking is available, this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for damage to or theft from/of your vehicle. Please ensure that if you have an accident, you report it to the owners for entry in the Accident Book.   2. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking, with the full balance due 6 weeks before arrival. If payment is not received by the due date, then Llanfair Hall maintains the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will be forfeit. Llanfair Hall is not responsible for sending reminders of the due date which is detailed in every booking confirmation. 
  3. Confirmation/receipt of bookings will be sent on receipt of any payments made as soon as possible.
  4. Cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit and unless we are able to re-let, you will be liable for the balance outstanding. No refunds will be given for a cancellation by the guest less than 6 weeks before the holiday period.
  5. It may, if you wish, be possible to change the dates of your holiday, if there is availability. There will be an administration fee of £25.00. Rearrangements cannot be made less than 1 month prior to the commencement of your original booking.
  6. Bookings are made on the understanding that occupancy of the property is for holiday purposes only, for only the period of time agreed and only the number of occupants booked in. 
  7. The Glamping pods are available from 4:00pm on the day of arrival to 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please do not arrive earlier unless previous arranged. Failure to leave at 10 am, unless otheriwse agreed may incur extra costs.
  8. All properties are strictly non-smoking.
  9. A hospitality bond of £50 may payable by every group booking of 3 units or more. It is fully refundable if all conditions are met. For conditions please refer to www.llanfairhall.com/prices-and-extras.
  10. All accommodation and the field kitchen should be left in the same state of cleanliness and order in which it was found. The hot tubs (Peibio, Llanfair Hall and Seriol) must be left in pristine condition and the guest agrees to pay a minimum of £50 to restore it to full working order if left in an unsuitable and unacceptable state.
  11. Llanfair Hall has a dedicated electric vehicle charging point, the charging of vehicles is not permitted without permission and invalidates any insurance if unauthorised charging takes place. In the case of any related damages, then the offending guests will be liable for 100% of the cost of repair. If charging is required, it must be ordered at the time of booking.
  12. In the interests of other holiday makers and residents, we reserve the right to insist any holiday maker causing a disturbance, distress to other guests or behaving offensively to leave the accommodation immediately. We ask that between 10.30 pm and 8 am that noise is kept to a bear minimum.
  13. The holidaymaker undertakes to keep the premises and the furniture, fixtures and fittings and effects in or on the premises and gardens, in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of your holiday, excepting fair wear and tear. An inventory is available. We require compensation for damage, breakages or loss of items.
  14. Llanfair Hall's owners will be allowed reasonable access to the property at all times.
  15. We cannot accept any obligation or liability for any alteration or cancellation caused by civil strife, force majeure, strikes, sickness, bad weather, technical transportation problems, any enforceable shutdown by government bodies or other circumstances. In terms of Covid and shutdowns, we do not offer refunds but a rollover free of charge to all guests in lockdown conditions.
  16. We accept no responsibility for personal possessions either in the glamping pods or cottages, or in cars parked outside the property.
  17. Well-behaved and controllable dogs are permitted on the site, but are not permitted to lie on the bed or sofa. Dogs must not be left alone either in the accommodation or anywhere on the site.
  18. While there is a lantern in each pod, please bring a torch as we try to be light pollution free.
  19. Whilst we provide a small welcome pack for all guests, please note that once the supplies have been used, responsibility for their replenishment lies with the guests (i.e. toilet roll, washing-up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits). A small bottle of milk can be supplied on request.
  20. In order to avoid any issues, we fully recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover your bookings with us at Llanfair Hall.
